Complimentary Cleanings & Adjustments
We'll keep your glasses clean, fitting right, and feeling like new at no charge for as long as you own them. This includes simple repairs such as replacing nosepads and/or lost screws.
Frame and Lens Warranties
Unless otherwise stated, all new purchases are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year. Please be aware that lenses are scratch resistant, not scratch proof. Our warranty does not cover any damages caused by abuse. Also, due to the unique construction of many Spectacle products, if our products are handled and/or lenses are made or inserted elsewhere, the product warranty will be voided.
Patient’s Own Frame/Lenses
Spectacle is unable to warranty products purchased elsewhere. If a customer requests Spectacle to make adjustments, repairs, and/or insert lenses to products that were purchased elsewhere, we are not responsible for any damages. Handling of these products will be done at the customer’s own risk.
Lens Exchange Policy
All new prescriptions require an adjustment period. If for any reason you are concerned with your visual acuity, feel free to contact any of our on-staff Opticians. If within 60 days you are unable to adapt to your new lenses or there has been a prescription change, Spectacle will replace your lenses of equal or lesser value free of charge (one-time replacement). Any difference of value must be paid at the time of exchange if the new merchandise is of greater value. If the exchanged lenses are of lesser value, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the difference.
Frame Exchange Policy
Any request for an exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the purchased item (one-time exchange). The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and must be returned with the original packaging and receipt to qualify. Any difference of value must be paid at the time of exchange if the new merchandise is of greater value. If the item exchanged for is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the difference.
Refund Policy
Our commitment to quality ensures that your eyewear or sunwear is specifically adjusted, designed and created to meet your unique personal needs. We cannot, therefore, offer refunds once full or partial payment has been received.
