Lens and Frame Warranties
Unless otherwise stated, all new purchases are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
All lenses are also covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year. Please be aware that lenses are scratch resistant, not scratch proof. Our warranty does not cover any damages caused by abuse.
Due to the composition of frame materials and lenses, we cannot warranty customers' own frames. If a customer decides to use their own frame for things such as adjustments, repairs and/or new prescription orders, it must be done at the customer's own risk. We are not responsible for any damages to customers' own frames or if lenses are made, inserted, or manufactured elsewhere.
Non-Adapt & Prescription Changes
All new prescriptions require an adjustment period. If for any reason you are concerned with your visual acuity, feel free to contact any of our on-staff Opticians.
If within 60 days you are unable to adapt to your new lenses or there has been a prescription change, Spectacle will replace your lenses of equal or lesser value free of charge. Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, all lens replacements will be done as a straight exchange.
